Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data abhishekaggarwal.co collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, for visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR.

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, organisation, role, what you need, timeline and any message you choose to send.
- Direct contact: whatever you share when you call, email or message on WhatsApp.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on call, WhatsApp, email and PDF links. IP addresses are not stored by GA4.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver and invoice the training or advisory engagement.
- To understand which pages and services are useful, so the site can be improved.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Cookies and consent
Analytics cookies are off by default. They are set only after you click “Accept analytics” on the banner. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again. No advertising cookies are used.
Who processes data for us
- Google (Analytics 4, Google Fonts): website analytics and web fonts.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Workspace / email provider and WhatsApp (Meta): when you contact us through those channels.
Some of these providers process data outside India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email the grievance contact below; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India (or, for EU/UK residents, your local data protection authority).
